Clinical Director
Dr. Keith Saunders is a Registered Psychologist (#1274). With over 27 years of psychological service experience, he brings an occupationally aware lens to his work, helping clients navigate personal and interpersonal challenges that naturally arise in life. Dr. Keith Saunders is the Clinical Director of Solutions Psychological Services.

Chad holds a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology and specializes in psychovocational assessments for clients at WorkBC Employment Centres. His approach is collaborative and client-centered, empowering individuals to take an active role in identifying meaningful career paths. Through his work, he is committed to helping individuals navigate their journey toward employment.

Shasyaa Harsh
Registered Clinical Counsellor #22728
Shasyaa, who also goes by Shaz is a Counsellor and Professional Art Therapist. She takes a personalized, trauma-informed, and strength-based approach to therapy, grounded in humanistic values. Shaz supports clients navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence, life transitions, relationship and family challenges, and the challenging experiences of BIPOC and immigrant communities. She believes in each person’s capacity for change and works collaboratively to help clients build clarity, connection, and a sense of agency.

Micah (he/him) holds a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Adler University. He takes a holistic, trauma-informed, and collaborative approach to psychotherapy, drawing on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Adlerian theory. Micah supports clients navigating anxiety, ADHD, anger, depression, trauma, grief, substance use, self-esteem, identity, and relationship challenges.

Malvika (she/her) holds a Masters’s in Counselling Psychology from SNDT Women’s University in India. She specializes in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy, supporting clients facing anxiety, depression, low-self worth, anger, stress, and other emotional and behavioural challenges. Malvika takes an empowering approach to therapy, helping individuals recognize their ability to shape their emotional experiences and create meaningful change in their lives.

With a client-centered and compassionate approach, he provides tailored insights that support personal growth, mental wellness, and informed decision-making. He is dedicated to helping clients build self-understanding and move forward with confidence in their personal and vocational journeys.
